Tayler Biddle - September 2026 Support Staff of the Month

Franklin County Community School Corporation is excited to recognize Mrs. Tayler Biddle, School Resource Officer, as our Support Staff of the Month.

Although Tayler has served as a School Resource Officer for less than a year, she has already made a tremendous impact on our students, staff, and school community.

Tayler was nominated for this honor by a staff member and parent, who shared: “Tayler started with us last school year and has made quite the impression on our students! She interacts with them in the hallways, cafeteria, and in their rooms. Tayler is fun and includes our students and makes them feel safe. The kids' faces light up when they see her walking around the hallway. Tayler is not just helpful to our students but also our staff. She is always willing to jump in and help where needed. Our students, staff, and parents adore her.”

While Tayler isn't currently involved in any formal community organizations, she enjoys supporting the community in many other ways. She regularly attends school sporting events, supports local businesses, and has recently become more involved with her church. She values being present in the community and building positive relationships with students, families, and local residents.

Most of Tayler's “free time” is spent with her husband and their three children. As a family, they enjoy making memories together, especially during the summer when they can spend time at the pool in Brookville. Tayler also enjoys reading, writing, and graphic design. These hobbies have grown into a creative outlet through her small apparel business, Wear Your Why Co., where she designs meaningful and encouraging pieces for others.

When asked about the best part of her job, Tayler shared: “The best part of my job as a Resource Officer is building positive relationships with students and being a trusted, familiar face in the schools. I enjoy helping students feel safe and supported, whether that is through daily conversations, school events, popping into their classroom from time to time, or simply being present when they need someone. I love that this role gives me the opportunity to show students that law enforcement is approachable, caring, and here to help.”
