Ms. Allison Brinkman - October 2025 Support Staff of the Month

Franklin County Community School Corporation is proud to recognize Mrs. Allison Brinkman, Nurse at Franklin County Middle School, as the Support Staff of the Month for October.

Although Mrs. Brinkman has been with FCCSC for just one year, her impact has already been deeply felt by students, families, and staff alike. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication have made her an essential part of the Franklin County Middle School team. 

A graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Alli brings both clinical expertise and a heart for service to her role. She was nominated for this recognition by a grateful parent who shared: “My son was diagnosed with T1D right before school started. Alli has shown my son and I nothing but patience, kindness, and love. My son is comfortable with her doing his injections and she has his trust. She is quick to respond to any messages from me and also to his needs at school. She is a 5-star!”

Beyond her work in the school, Alli is an active member of the Community Church of Batesville and supports other local organizations when time permits. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and three children. She’s also an adventurous foodie—especially when it comes to trying new sushi!

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Mrs. Brinkman shared: “The best part of my job is building rapport with the students in order to help support and educate them. I love helping students with new health challenges or just being a safe space when it is needed.”
