Mrs. Becky Cox - January 2026 Support Staff of the Month

Franklin County Community School Corporation is pleased to recognize Ms. Becky Cox, bus driver, as our Support Staff of the Month.

Becky has been a valued member of the FCCSC family for an incredible 41 years. Throughout her career, she has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure students feel safe, cared for, and welcomed each day. 

Becky was nominated for this honor by a staff member who shared, “She is a very good person all around. She’s a good bus driver, and she takes great care of her students on the bus.”

Outside of work, Becky enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her family and friends. 

When asked what she loves most about her job, Ms. Cox shared, “I love seeing the kids grow up, mature, and become successful adults.” Becky’s long-standing dedication has allowed her to witness generations of students grow and succeed, leaving a lasting impact on countless lives.
