Construction Projects Needed

Are you in need of a storage shed or similar structure? The Franklin County High School’s Introduction to Construction classes may be able to help.

In the 1st semester of this one year course, students have been introduced to the care and safe use of hand and power tools, footing and foundations, floor framing, wall framing, enclosing the structure, roof framing and basic residential electrical circuits through hands-on activities. The 2nd semester is designed for the students to apply this knowledge and skills to real world experiences by building storage buildings or similar structures.

The structures are built at Franklin County High School. The owner is responsible for the cost of materials and transporting the structure to its location.
