Franklin County Schools: Community Input Survey

Dear Stakeholder,

Franklin County Community School Corporation has collaborated with SchoolComm Consultants to improve and enhance the support and communication the district provides to all stakeholders. In order to increase engagement with the parents and the community, the district is inviting you to participate in a survey that will provide valuable input in developing a comprehensive plan to address the needs of the school district.

We are hoping you and other adult members in your family will spend 6-15 minutes (depending on how many questions apply to you) completing the survey that will provide valuable feedback on your perceptions of the district and our schools. Your insights and feedback will assist the district in making informed decisions that will benefit students, staff, families, and the entire community.

Below are a few key points to consider when completing the survey:

* Confidentiality: The survey is 100% confidential. You are not required to provide any contact information. SchoolComm who designed the survey will analyze all responses.

* Comprehensive Feedback: Please take the time to provide detailed and constructive feedback. This will enable us to identify specific areas for improvement and implement meaningful change.

* Deadline: The survey will close on November 3, 2023. Your prompt response will help us gather data in a timely manner.

* Accessibility: If you encounter any technical difficulties or require assistance with the survey, please contact Franklin County Central office at 765-647-4128. We will be happy to answer any questions or provide access to one of the schools to complete the survey.

* Impact: The input you provide will directly influence the future of the school district and how it will meet the needs of the students and the community.
