We ask that all Senior Graduates and their guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled time.

Please report to the Main Gate at the Football Field to check-in.

You will then be instructed to report to the tent to pick up medals, cords, NHS Collars, and roses for the girls, as well as programs for you and your guests.

A worker will then lineup you and your guests for the ceremony.

When it is your turn, you will move to the stage; your family will move to the provided seating, and your name will be called. You will be presented your diploma, stop and pause for a picture/s, and then exit the stage.

After exiting the stage, you will have another stop for an additional video of you turning your tassel and throwing your cap.

You will then exit the field through the breezeway where the FCHS Backdrop will be set up for an additional photo opportunity with your guests.

You will then return any Cords and NHS Collars in the dropoff box. (If you wish to keep your TOP 10% Cord, you may purchase it for $5.) [Exact change please!]

You will then exit through the main gate.

If you are not present at your assigned time, your name will STILL be read. If you arrive later, we will try to fit you in.

The Speeches and Ceremony will be broadcast on the Franklin County High School Facebook Page through Facebook Live.

Parking will be allowed on Wildcat Lane and Handicap Parking will be located
inside the gates, if needed. Please be careful if you do use Handicap Parking since
there will be pedestrians in the area.

Seating will be sanitized after each use.

We ask that you practice safe Social Distancing and disperse after your scheduled
Ceremony. Masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves will be available for guests.

Any inappropriate comments, gestures, and/or decorations are prohibited and will be edited out of the final video.

All seniors need to turn in Chromebooks, school equipment, uniforms, textbooks, and pay outstanding fees ASAP. Please get this taken care of the week prior to Graduation.

Also, in each graduate’s packet, there will be an announcement and information for each senior graduate to receive a One-year Subscription to the Whitewater Publications On-line newspaper provided through the Franklin County Community Foundation INC.

A graduation caravan is being planned for Sunday, June 7th, after the graduation ceremony. Details will be sent to you by your Class President, Kyle Seibert.
Again, Congratulations! You definitely will be the most remembered FCHS Graduating Class. We are so very proud of you and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!

Go Wildcats!
