Mrs. Rebecca Moore - December 2025 Support Staff of the Month

Franklin County Community School Corporation is excited to recognize Mrs. Rebecca Moore, a dedicated Special Education Aide, as our Support Staff of the Month.

Mrs. Moore has been a valued member of Brookville Elementary for the past three years, contributing her compassion, patience, and commitment to student success each day. In her role, she supports students in building confidence, mastering new skills, and celebrating accomplishments—big and small.

Rebecca was nominated for this honor by a parent. When asked why Mrs. Moore should be considered for this recognition, she responded, “She has been incredible with my autistic son. He adores her, and she supports him with patience, understanding, and consistency every single day. She handles his challenges with compassion and never takes his behavior personally. We are truly grateful for all she does.”

Outside of school, Mrs. Moore enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially during the summer months.

When asked about the best part of her job, Mrs. Moore shared that nothing compares to witnessing a child discover something new. “No matter how long it takes them to learn it, they love that high five when they get it right. They’re just as excited and proud as you are! There’s no better feeling than seeing that excitement in their eyes,” she said.

FCCSC is grateful for Mrs. Moore’s dedication to creating a supportive and encouraging environment for all students. Her enthusiasm and genuine care make a lasting impact on the children she works with each day. We are honored to celebrate her contributions to our school community.
