RE: Change to Hybrid Learning
TO: FCMS Parents
Franklin County Middle School seventh and eighth students will move to eLearning for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week (November 11th – 13th). FCMS sixth grade students will continue to attend in person. Seventh and eighth grade students are expected to complete their work on their Chromebooks through Canvas for all eLearning days.
Beginning Monday, November 16th, FCMS seventh and eighth grade students will move to hybrid learning and continue through Wednesday, November 25th. Seventh and eighth grade students will return to in–person learning on Monday, November 30th.
Seventh and Eighth Grade Hybrid Learning Timeline:
- Wednesday, November 11th: eLearning for all seventh and eighth grade students.
- Thursday, November 12th: eLearning for all seventh and eighth grade students.
- Friday, November 13th: eLearning for all seventh and eighth grade students.
Mondays and Wednesdays from November 16th through November 25th:
Seventh and eighth grade students with last names starting with the letters A through K
will attend school in person. o Seventh and eighth grade students with last names starting with the letters L through Z
will participate in school through eLearning.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from November 16th through November 25th:
Seventh and eighth grade students with last names starting with the letters L through Z
will attend school in person. o Seventh and eighth grade students with last names starting with the letters A through K
will participate in school through eLearning.
- All FCMS seventh and eighth graders will participate in eLearning on Friday November 20th.
- Seventh and eighth graders will return to in person learning on Monday, November 30th.
