Assignment Drop-Off

Dear Students and Parents:

As of Monday, May 4, 2020, Franklin County’s Orange Level Travel Advisory has expired. Therefore, we can begin the process of collecting student work. In order to keep our students and teachers safe, we will follow the following protocol:

  1. Collections will be held on: May 6th, May 11th, and May 13th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  2. Collections will take place at each school building. High School and Middle School student assignments may also be turned in at Laurel or Mt. Carmel Schools.
  3. This will be a curbside service. You are asked to remain in your cars. All collections will be done in front of the main entrance of the school.
  4. Once you arrive at the school, a staff member will come to your car. You will be asked to drop the assignments into a large envelope. The staff member will then label the envelope with the student’s name and grade.
  5. Packets will be disinfected and distributed to the teachers for grading after 48 hours.
  6. In addition to assignments, we will also accept library books, paperback novels, textbooks, calculators, and any other school-owned resources the student is no longer using and needs to be returned.

All assignments will be due and need to be turned in by May 20, 2020. If you have any questions, please email Mr. Isaacs – kisaacs@fccsc.k12.in.us or Mr. Riley – driley@fccsc.k12.in.us

Stay safe and have a great day!
