May 2023 Support Staff of the Month

Director of Operations, Mr. Keith Isaacs, is thrilled to announce that Mr. Randy Bare, Maintenance Technician at Franklin County Community School Corporation, has been selected as May’s “Support Staff of the Month.” 

In May of 2014, Randy joined the Franklin County Community School Corporation as a full time employee. Mr. Bare’s dedication is not only shown through his nine years of experience at the school corporation but also his commitment to continue working amidst a medical illness. 

Randy was nominated for this honor by an administrator. When asked why Mr. Bare should be considered for this recognition, she responded, “As a new administrator to Franklin County, Randy has gone out of his way to offer assistance and guidance as improvements are made around the building. He takes time to explain unknown processes and puts in 110% to make sure the staff has all they need to do their job effectively. Randy is patient, kind, and always has a positive attitude. He treats others with dignity and respect, all while being timely and proficient with his daily work. Mr. Bare is a pleasure to work with and an honor to know.” 

In his free time, Randy enjoys tinkering with his old trucks and completing woodworking projects. 

When asked what the best part of his job is, Mr. Bare responded, “Working with all my wonderful coworkers!” 

The purpose of the “Support Staff of the Month” program is to recognize outstanding Franklin County Community School Corporation Support Staff who demonstrate dedication to his/her job, school, students, and community.
