Congratulations Mrs. Wade on Your Retirement

Superintendent, Ms. Tammy Chavis, would like to congratulate Mrs. Beth Wade, media specialist at Brookville Elementary and language arts teacher at Franklin County Middle School, on her retirement from the Franklin County Community School Corporation. 

Mrs. Wade has been in education for thirty-two (32) years, all in which have been at the Franklin County Community School Corporation. 

After retirement, Beth plans to walk her unruly dog, write, volunteer, and travel with her family. 

When asked what she loved most about her job, Mrs. Wade responded, “The best parts of my job are the hugs and high fives, as well as the sparkle in the eyes of students when finding the perfect book. I also love it when students take pride in their writing. The camaraderie of my colleagues is also something I will miss.”
