Open Letter Regarding Statewide Testing

As the Leadership Team for the Franklin County Community School Corporation, we would like to express our concerns and frustrations with Indiana’s statewide student testing program ISTEP+ and school accountability system (AF). Year after year, our students and staff work extremely hard preparing for these high stakes tests.
